news: literature component pmr/spm

i got this news from some ELT bloggers which i follow

pmr:

Starting 2012, English Literature Component would no longer be tested in Paper 1 (12/1) but would be assessed in Paper 2 (12/2) in form of open-ended questions (poem) and open response with textual evidence (novel). No more MCQs. Short stories will not be tested.

spm:

Drama n short stories will not be tested in the SPM 1119/2 English Language Paper beginning this year.

Therefore the total marks for Section D: Literature has changed from a maximum of 25 to 20 marks only.

All the other sections remained unchanged.
